Frenship ISD Takes Home Gold at State Public Relations Conference

The Frenship ISD Communications Department and Frenship.TV brought home a "Best of Category" award, 5 Gold awards, and 3 Silver awards from the Texas School Public Relations Association (TSPRA) this week. The projects earning awards included video productions, digital media, and small and large print productions that highlight the achievements of students and staff across the District.
 
The awards were announced during the annual TSPRA conference held in Denton. Frenship’s Communications Department and Frenship.TV won several awards, despite moving up to the 10,000-30,000 students enrolled judging class this year. The publications and videos that won awards include:

"I am extremely proud of our Communications Department and Frenship.TV for their successes at the annual TSPRA Star Awards," Frenship Director of Communications and Community Engagement Tiffany Taylor said. "Their passion and dedication to highlighting our students and staff is evident in the creative and thoughtful work they put out daily."
 
During the conference, Frenship staff members had the opportunity to attend various sessions pertaining to public education and public relations. They also had the chance to collaborate with other districts across the state.
 
"TSPRA is always a great opportunity for our team to learn new and innovative communication strategies so that we can better serve our Frenship families," Taylor said. "The conference allows us to collaborate with school districts from across the state, learn about new communication tools, and grow the ways we reach our parents and community members."
