Lindsey Littlefield joined the Frenship family during the 2024-2025 school year as the North Ridge Elementary Assistant Principal. Before serving at North Ridge, Littlefield spent several years in Lubbock ISD, including four years as the Dunbar Middle School Assistant Principal. In just one year at Frenship, Littlefield has already proven to be a standout educator and leader, making her the perfect fit for Willow Bend.
“I am extremely excited to join the Willow Bend family as principal for many years to come. I look forward to building strong relationships with students, staff, and families while fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence. It’s an exciting opportunity to support and inspire a campus already dedicated to student success,” said Littlefield.
As she prepares for the new school year as the Willow Bend Principal, Littlefield says she is dedicated to continuing Frenship’s rich tradition of excellence, ensuring all students have the opportunity to be successful.
“I want the Willow Bend families to know that I am deeply committed to creating a campus environment rooted in growth, success, and the development of future leaders in our community,” said Littlefield. “My goal is to support every student in reaching their full potential while fostering strong partnerships with families and staff. As a team, we will build a positive, nurturing school culture where every child feels valued and empowered every day at Willow Bend Elementary.”
Littlefield, a Lubbock native, received her Bachelor of Arts in English from Texas Tech University. She went on to receive her Master of Education from Wayland Baptist University. Littlefield and her husband, Joey, a Frenship High School Alumni, have three children, Jack, Konnor, and Lennon, who range from 14 years old to 9 years old.
Congratulations, Lindsey Littlefield, on this new chapter!
