Hello, my name is Mrs. Scott, welcome to Oak Ridge Elementary. I am the Kindergarten thru 5th grade Reading Special Education teacher for our campus. I graduated from Texas Tech University. I have been working for Frenship Independent School District since 1996. During this time, I have taught reading, math, social studies and science. It is great to be a Frenship Tiger!

I am so excited about this school year! Our classroom will be a place where students learn, grow and feel loved every day.  I believe that students must fall in love with the process of learning and being curious, as well as not being afraid to fail. We will work together to set goals in their personal and educational endeavors, with the ultimate goal in mind to instill a love of learning and to create life-long learners. 

 

 When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family.
